ECO3D
A three-dimensional process-based water and carbon cycle terrestrial ecosystem model implemented in C++ and OpenMP
ECO3D is a three-dimensional, process-based water and carbon cycle terrestrial ecosystem model implemented in C++ and OpenMP for high-performance computing environments. It models ecohydrological dynamics, subsurface lateral flow, and vegetation carbon uptake at fine spatial-temporal resolutions.
